Basel goes Euro 2008 Crazy

It probably won't last very long but the city of Basel has gone very Euro 2008 crazy today, with nearly 100,000 people either at the game or watching it in the Fanzones. Yes, today was the opening game of the tournament, Switzerland v Czech Republic. Shame the result went against the hosts. Claire and I did enjoy the atmosphere around Basel with fans mingling all around town.
